Thank you for using AMSA's new Recurring Excused Absence form. We understand that classes or other school-related engagements will sometimes conflict with the time our meetings are held. You only need to fill this form out once for the entire semester. If you have proof of your conflict (ie: a class schedule print out), please put it on file at the AMSA office at your earliest convenience. You may also email it to questions@ufpremed.org.
