Many students have commented that the forum presents a comprehensive picture of medical schools, better than any reference book or website. Due to its immense popularity, a medical school panel is incorporated as a scheduled part of the forum. This enables students to get a more comprehensive look at the application process.
This year’s forum will be held on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 in the Reitz Union. Early registration will begin in January. Participants may register and pay for the forum three different ways. You may preregister and pay online for the preregistration price of $20, or register and pay at the UF AMSA office located on the third floor of the Reitz Union. You may also register the same day of the event from 8:15 to 9:15 for the price of $25 dollars.
If you registered before the deadline (February 10th at 3:00 pm) the registration fee will be only $20. If you are unable to pay online or at the AMSA office, you may still preregister and pay the $20. If you missed the early registration deadline completely, you may register and pay at the forum. However, a late fee will be applied and the cost will be $25.
