American Medical Student Association’s 24th Annual Health Career Convention
Welcome to the official web page of the 24th Annual Health Career Convention. This convention is geared toward high school students and UF Freshman interested in becoming involved in health professions. Our goal is to provide a forum in which students can learn more about entrance into college and can also get a head start in their pursuit of health-related careers.
Our Health Career Convention will feature faculty speakers; exhibits; and demonstrations from physicians, physician assistants, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, and other health professionals. These speakers are esteemed members of the UF faculty who are on the cutting-edge of their fields. Students will get a chance to interact with these professionals, their students, premedical undergraduates, and other Florida high school students. You can preview the day’s activities with our tentative (2018 HCC Schedule).
The 2018 date is February 24 (Saturday), and the convention will be held on the University of Florida campus.
Please read our (Invitation Letter) if you would like more information about HCC and how you can participate. When you are ready to register for the forum, click the “Register” button in the top menu to begin.
