Welcome

Welcome to the official web page of the 13th Annual Health Career Convention. This convention is geared toward high school students interested in becoming involved in health professions. Our goal is to provide a forum where students can learn more about entrance into the university and its lifestyles as well as get a head start in their pursuit of health related careers.

Our Health Career Convention will feature faculty speakers, exhibits, and demonstrations from physicians, physician assistants, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, and other health professionals. These speakers are esteemed members of the UF faculty who are on the cutting-edge of their fields. Students will get a chance to interact with these professionals, their students, premedical undergraduates, and other Florida high school students.

The 2009 convention will be held February 7 and 8. More information to follow.

Please read last year's introduction letter if you would like more information about HCC and how you can participate.
