You are about to apply for membership in one of the largest chapters of Premed AMSA in the nation! As you complete your application, please be aware of a few things:- Try not to use the back button of your browser at any time in your application process

- If you experience problems, or you are unable to view the application, you should contact webmaster@ufpremed.org
- You will be emailed a copy of your receipt in case you do not have immediate access to a printer
- The office is open during these times. You can come in to pay dues only when we are in the office.
