Thank you for using AMSA's new Recurring Excused Absence form. We understand that classes or other previous engagements will sometimes conflict with the time our meetings are held. If you know ahead of time that, for the entire semester, you will not be able to make it to our meetings, please fill out this form. You only need to do it once. If you have proof of your conflict (ie: a class schedule print out), please put it on file at the AMSA office at your earliest convenience.
